Terms and Conditions of Sale
The following are terms and conditions for the sale of goods that will govern any
contract for sale that we enter into with you. Please read these terms and
conditions carefully – we advise you print and keep safe a copy for reference.

These terms and conditions tell you the rights and obligations you have. Please read them
carefully. You may have other rights granted by law and these Terms and Conditions do not
affect these.
This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
If you have any complaints about our service or goods purchased from us :
Purchasing from us
By submitting your order you are offering to buy the goods and allowing us to use
your personal details for the purposes of supplying goods.
We will not give your detail to 3rd parties without asking your consent and you may ask
that your details are subsequently removed from our system by contacting us
We are not obliged to supply the goods to you until we have confirmed acceptance of
your order and this is when the contract is made.
You do not own the goods until we receive payment in full.
If you discover you have made a mistake with your order please contact us
Please do this before we confirm your order
If you pay a deposit and subsequently title for the goods will not be transferred until
payment for the goods is 70% or more of the confirmed total invoice value. In the event of
your cancellation prior to this your monies will be refunded less a non-refundable
element which will be confirmed to you – but is typically the greater part of your
down payment and will never exceed 40% of total invoice value less shipping.
Prices are checked regularly, however if we find the price has changed when
we receive your order we will contact you and ask if you wish to proceed.
All prices and offers are subject to
change and availability and ‘contract’ as described herein.
Errors and omissions excepted.
Allow 6 working days for cheque clearance from day of receipt.
Delivery
We aim to deliver goods to you within the time indicated by us but we cannot
ALWAYS give an exact delivery date. all items by their very nature are
special order or in some cases advanced special order .
If we have not delivered the goods within 30 working days of the expected delivery
then you may cancel the contract and be refunded in full.
Expected delivery is no more than 45 working days from clearance of
funds for items that are not pre-order .
Items that are pre-order & made to order will be ordered by us after confirmation of
your order with us and subject to delivery conditions applied at this time.
We will refund any money paid by you in the unlikely event of being unable to fulfill
your order per contract as detailed herein. We will usually acknowledge all
questions or queries within 3 working days
(within working hours and excluding weekends & statutory holidays ).

Below is a guide to the methods of posting normally used when despatching

We reserve the right to use whichever method of posting deemed by us to be the most
suitable at any time. We will not usually be able to agree to collection though
would not necessarily rule this out and we prefer not to deal in ‘cash’.
Damaged or defective goods
We will supply goods that are guaranteed free from defects in materials and
workmanship usually for a period of 12 months (or longer if required by law)
from the date of delivery.
You should inspect the goods when you receive them
for defects or damage.
If you find a defect or damage you must tell us as soon as possible and we will arrange
for their return to us at no cost to you or replace them. However, under UK
Trading Standards law, items deemed to have faulty manufacture or materials
are only eligible for exchange or full refund if they are returned within
14 days of purchase.
Therefore, please examine all goods as soon as you receive them
and notify us immediately if you find anything wrong.
