Terms and Conditions of Sale
The following are terms and conditions for the sale of goods that will govern any contract for sale that we enter into with you. Please read these terms and conditions carefully – we advise you print and keep safe a copy for reference.

These terms and conditions tell you the rights and obligations you have. Please read them carefully. You may have other rights granted by law and these Terms and Conditions do not affect these. This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.

Purchasing from us
By submitting your order you are offering to buy the goods and allowing us to use your personal details for the purposes of supplying goods. We will not use your details for other purposes without asking your consent and you may ask that your details are susbequently removed from our system by contacting us via the "Contact Us " page.
We are not obliged to supply the goods to you until we have confirmed acceptance of your order this is when the contract is made.
You do not own the goods until we receive payment in full.

If you pay a desposit subsequent title for the goods will not be transferred until payment for the goods is 70% or more of the confirmed contract item value. In the event of your cancellation your monies will be refunded less a non-refundable element which will be confirmed to you – but is typically the greater part of your down payment and will never exceed 40% of total invoice value less shipping.
Prices are checked regularly, however if we find the price has changed when we receive your order we will contact you and ask if you wish to proceed. All prices and offers are subject to change and availability and ‘contract’ as described herein.
Errors and omissions excepted. Allow 6 working days for cheque clearance from day of receipt.
NON UK DISPLAY CASES ARE SUBJECT TO SURCHARGE OF £15 as these must be perspex.
Delivery
We aim to deliver goods to you within the time indicated by us but we cannot ALWAYS give an exact delivery date. Many items by their very nature are special order or even advanced special order items. If we have not delivered the goods within 30 days of expected delivery then you may cancel the contract.
Expected delivery is between 10 and 30 working days from clearance of funds. For display cases & all items that are not pre-order or made to order.
Items that are pre-order & made to order will be ordered by premiumdiecast after confirmation of your order with us and subject to delivery conditions applied at the time.
We will refund any money paid by you in the unlikely event of being unable to fulfill your order per contract as detailed herein. Where colours or trim are potentially subject to change our offer will be made on this basis - your acceptance is also on this basis unless specifically agreed otherwise. Where the original choice is not offered and some alternatives are more expensive we will offer these atthe additional cost. We will usually acknowledge all questions or queries within a maximum period of 48 hours (within working hours and excluding weekends, bank holidays etc).
Postage
Below is a guide to the methods of posting normally used when despatching
goods : Delivery within the UK Special courier £12 charge. Non UK - contact us- typically FEDEX
All new items sold in factory pack -unless stated otherwise – usually comprising of poly 2 piece shell and 1, 2 or 3 layers of cardboard carton encapsulation – sometimes logo/branded sometimes not. (depending on model). We will pack the factory delivered item in a transit carton using flopak / card / bubble wrap or other media as appropriate.
We reserve the right to use whichever method of posting deemed by us to be the most suitable at any time. We will not usually agree to collection and would prefer not to deal in ‘cash’. We will help you legitimately minimise tax/import duty - BUT THESE ARE YOUR RESPONSIBILITY NOT OURS
Damaged or defective goods
We will supply goods that are guaranteed free from defects in materials and workmanship usually for a period of 12 months (or longer if required by law) from the date of delivery. You should inspect the goods when you receive them for defects or damage. If you find a defect or damage you must tell us as soon as possible and we will arrange for their return to us at no cost to you or replace them. However, under UK Trading Standards law, items deemed to have faulty manufacture or materials are only eligible for exchange or full refund if they are returned within 14 days of purchase. Therefore, please examine all goods as soon as you receive them and notify us immediately if you find anything wrong.
