How Premium Die-Cast handles information for accounts, listings and join forms.
Overview
Premium Die-Cast respects your privacy. This policy describes what we collect when you use Premium Die-Cast and how we use it for accounts, listings and product updates.
Join form data
When you submit the join or dealer interest form, we may collect:
- • Name and email address
- • Country or region
- • Whether you identify as a buyer, seller, dealer or collector
- • Optional fields such as brands you collect or how you heard about us
Why we collect it
- • To manage join sign-ups and launch communications
- • To understand collector interest by region and user type
- • To invite testers and share marketplace updates as features roll out
- • To respond to support or abuse reports you send us
How we use launch updates
We may email you about product invitations, feature previews, classifieds launch milestones and important platform changes. You can ask to be removed from launch communications at any time by contacting us.
Website analytics
We use Google Analytics 4 to understand aggregate site usage · for example which pages are visited, how users navigate the site, and which buttons or links are clicked. This helps us improve the platform before and after launch.
Analytics data is collected in aggregate. We do not send names, email addresses, form field values, or other personal details to Google Analytics. Admin, preference, and unsubscribe pages are not tracked.

Listing photos, usernames and marketing
If you list models on Premium Die-Cast, your listing photos, titles, descriptions and related listing text may be shown publicly on the site and may be used to promote the marketplace (for example on social media, in ads or newsletters). Where practical, we may show your seller name or username alongside that content.
This use is described in our Terms of service. You can ask us not to use your content in new promotional material by contacting info@premiumdiecast.com.
Marketplace activity and demand signals
When the classifieds marketplace is live, we record operational and demand events to keep listings safe, measure interest and improve search · for example searches (including searches with no results), listing views, saved listings, enquiries, wanted posts, alerts, listing publish and sold events, and clicks on featured or sponsored placements.
These events are stored in our database (Supabase) in aggregated or pseudonymous form. They include identifiers such as listing, brand or scale IDs, coarse location or country fields where you provide them, and your account ID when you are signed in. We do not store private message bodies, payment details, or off-platform checkout data in these event tables.
Bot, admin and internal test traffic is excluded where possible. Event data is used for moderation, product analytics and future marketplace features · not sold to third parties.
Cookies, analytics and advertising
We use analytics and may use advertising partners such as Google AdSense on public pages. These services may use cookies or similar technologies to measure traffic or show ads.
For visitors in the EEA, UK and Switzerland, Google's certified consent message (configured in AdSense Privacy & messaging) may appear before personalised ads are served. You can also manage choices through that message, your browser, or Google ad settings.
We do not intentionally send personal form fields such as names, emails, or message text to Google Analytics. Ads and AdSense do not load on account, messaging, authentication, admin, preference, or unsubscribe pages.

What we do not do

- • We do not show ads inside private account, message or checkout-like flows
Retention and security
Account and join form data is stored in our database provider (Supabase) with access limited to platform operators. We retain data while your account is active and for a reasonable period afterward unless you ask us to delete it.
