Terms for using Premium Die-Cast classifieds. Last updated 14 October 2026.
Platform role
Premium Die-Cast is a classifieds and discovery platform for die-cast collectors. We help users list, browse and connect with each other. We are not the seller of items listed on the platform and we are not a party to transactions between users.
User responsibilities
Sellers are responsible for the accuracy of listings, item condition, pricing, fulfilment, packaging, shipping, customs declarations where applicable, and any after-sale communication or returns policy they offer.
Buyers are responsible for checking condition, availability, payment method, shipping costs, import duties and seller terms before paying. Payment is made directly to the seller, not to Premium Die-Cast.
What we do not provide
- • Payment processing or escrow
- • Shipping or logistics services
- • Refunds, chargeback handling or buyer protection guarantees
- • Authentication or grading of listed items unless explicitly stated in a future feature
Moderation
Premium Die-Cast may remove listings, restrict features, block users or take other action against abuse, fraud, intellectual property complaints or violations of these terms. We may update platform rules as the marketplace develops.
Listing content and promotional use
Your ownership. You keep ownership of photos and other content you upload to listings. Premium Die-Cast does not claim ownership of your copyright.
Licence you grant us. By uploading listing photos, descriptions and related listing text, you grant Premium Die-Cast a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, store, display, resize, crop, compress, and otherwise use that content to operate the marketplace and to promote Premium Die-Cast, including on our website, social media, advertising, newsletters and similar marketing channels.
This licence is sublicensable only to service providers and social or advertising platforms that help us host or publish that promotional material (for example hosting, CDN, email or social posting tools), and only for those purposes.
Where practical, we will credit you as the seller (for example your seller name or listing title) when we feature your content in promotional material.
After removal. If you remove a listing or delete photos, this licence ends for new uses. We may keep copies needed for backups, security, records or legal compliance. Content already used in promotional material that was published before removal may remain in circulation for a reasonable time (for example posts already live on social media or sent newsletters).
Your promises. You confirm that you took the photos yourself or you have all rights needed to upload them and to grant this licence, and that your listing content does not infringe anyone else's rights.
Opt-out of future promotional use. You may email info@premiumdiecast.com to ask that your listing photos or text not be used in new promotional material going forward. We will honour reasonable requests where we can. Opt-out does not require removal of material already published before we receive your request.
Join and accounts
Creating an account or submitting a join form is subject to these terms. By using the site or registering, you agree to these terms in their current form.
